Role Overview  

We are seeking motivated, empathetic, and service-oriented Customer Success Executives to join us on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound communications with candidates and clients, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and effectively. This is a remote, call-based role best suited for individuals who are disciplined, tech-savvy, and have excellent communication skills.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Proactively engage with users (clients or candidates) via phone calls to provide guidance, updates, and support.  
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets as agreed upon.  
  • Accurately report support call counts, outcomes, feedback, and issue resolution details on the Hyreo platform.  
  • Follow up on assigned tasks, unresolved issues, and escalated queries within stipulated timelines.  
  • Collaborate with the internal Customer Success and Tech Support team leadership for escalations and resolve issues as required.  
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, empathetic responses, and timely follow-ups.  
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling customer data and sensitive information.  
  • Workload expectation: Planned and can complete daily activities within 3-4 hours per day  

  

Eligibility Criteria  

  • Education: Does not matter.  
  • Experience: Freshers, part-time consultants or students and return to work associates with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply. Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or client support is an advantage.  
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory.  

 

Technical & Other Requirements:  

  • A functional laptop or desktop with audio support.  
  • Stable internet connection.  
  • Personal mobile phone 
  • Quiet environment for making professional calls from home.  

 

Work Setup & Benefits  

  • Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work from Home)  
  • Contract Duration: 3 months, (renewable depending on performance)  

 

Compensation Structure:  

  • Base compensation of INR 10,000 with the option to earn an additional INR 10,000 as performance incentives.    
  • Payment is calculated based on the number of successful user calls made.  
  • A minimum call target will be defined monthly.  
  • Attractive performance incentives for exceeding support call targets or receiving excellent feedback.  
  • Phone Recharge: Reimbursement or provision of mobile recharge for official calls will be covered by Hyreo.  

 

Expected Working Hours  

  • Flexible working hours based on the call schedules provided.
