Oracle Startup Idol 2020: Hyreo and 5 Other Startups in The Battle of Pitches

On September 22nd, Hyreo and 5 other world class startups participated in the Oracle Startup Idol, the battle of pitches. Before an audience of regional 50 APAC analysts, the six cloud startups showcased their products and introduced the technologies that will build the future. Including Hyreo, all the startups were members of the Oracle for Startups Program, based in India, Singapore, and Australia.

“We could introduce you to a few firms because you are all touching demand and need that we see in our customers as we operate around the world,” said Garrett Ilg, Executive Vice President, Head of Oracle Japan and Asia Pacific, to the 6 promising participants of the event.

Hyreo cofounder and CEO Arun Satyan, presented how the machine learning-driven chatbot and NLP-based SaaS platform improved candidate engagement throughout the hiring cycle. The technology increases candidate touchpoints by 75%, while combining conversational capabilities with data analytics to provide insights for recruitment teams.“The overall impact of Hyreo is enhanced employer brand and optimized hiring team efforts and costs,” says Arun Satyan. Being a part of the Oracle Startup program, Hyreo looks forward to more such experiences and opportunities to use the technology and transform the recruiting experience for recruiters and candidates.

SiteSee, the Brisbane-based startup won all three categories: Most Creative, Best Overall Pitch, and Best Innovative Solution.
