Applicant Tracking System

An applicant tracking system is a software application for recruiters to track and manage job applications and organize the hiring process.

Applicant Tracking System

An Applicant Tracking System (ATS) helps recruiters and employers track, organize, and manage job applications efficiently to facilitate a streamlined recruitment process. This system is inevitable to process applications, especially when the recruiters are hiring for multiple roles and there is a large volume of candidates applying for each position. Other functionalities can be integrated with a company’s ATS to improve its capability in minimizing recruitment efforts.

Use cases:

An ATS works as a centralized platform to gather and organize all types of candidate data including resumes, applications, feedback, uploaded documents, and many more, to make the recruiting tasks easier and more effective. Recruiters can use this software to post jobs, scan and parse resumes, perform screening, communicate with candidates, collaborate with hiring team members, send automated emails, and maintain reports and analytics. An organization’s ATS can be customized to incorporate specific requirements in order to align the recruitment process with the company’s objectives and policies.
