As our Sales Maestro, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales strategy, conquering new markets and customers, and creating success stories. We’re seeking a trailblazer with a proven track record in B2B sales, an innate understanding of the Indian market, and the passion to accelerate our growth. Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute innovative enterprise sales strategies to exceed our $2 million annual quota and blaze a trail in the market.
- Identify and court key accounts in the Indian Tech/IT/Captive/Consulting ecosystem, building and nurturing relationships that lead to game-changing partnerships.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our dynamic teams, from marketing and product development to customer success, ensuring our clients experience the full spectrum of our startup magic.
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, showcasing how our disruptive products can elevate their business.
- Dive deep into market trends, keep an eye on competitors, and always stay one step ahead in understanding customer needs.
- Present compelling sales proposals that highlight the unique value of our startup’s offerings.
- Close deals with finesse, negotiating win-win agreements that elevate both the company and our clients.
- Work closely with the leadership team with regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in a B2B space, HR product sales will be great!
- Ability to crack deals and manage customer expectations in real world. Master’s, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a bonus;
- Battle scars from the startup world, with a history of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B setting is a super bonus.
- Street-smart understanding of the Indian market and an affinity for startup dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive independently and within a tight-knit team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) and a knack for extracting actionable insights.
- Willingness to embark on a startup adventure with occasional travel.
